We're excited that our two Green Roofs at 1491 Neptune have finally been installed. These are before and after images of the Green Roof area off of the master bedroom deck (above the garage.) Many thanks go to our friends at GreenScaped Buildings for being Project Sponsors and for doing such a fabulous job. Hopefully all the vegetation fills in quickly in the next few months. Green Roofs are important for reducing stormwater runoff, reducing heat-island effects of roof areas, and for reducing the heating & cooling requirements of buildings (which provides for greater energy efficiency.)
