HOORAY: LEED for Homes PLATINUM !!!!

We've just received the fantastic news that we've attained our LEED for Homes certification for 1491 Neptune Ave., and we've achieved the highest "Platinum" rating. We hope to receive notification within 3-weeks that we've also qualified for Build It Green's "GreenPointRATED" certification. We're very proud of our accomplishments. 1491 Neptune is the second single family residence in San Diego to receive LEED for Homes certification, and the first to receive both LEED and GreenPointRATED certifications!
