HOMES OF THE YEAR Nomination in San Diego Home/Garden Magazine

We are honored to be able to announce that 1491 Neptune Avenue has today been nominated for San Diego Home/Garden Lifestyle Magazine's 34th Annual Homes of the Year awards.  The winners will be announced in the January issue of the magazine.  The home was featured on the cover of its April 2011 issue.  SDHG has the largest circulation of any magazine within San Diego.  To boot, it's run by some really fun and friendly people.

    Sure would be nice to have a home in San Diego! Sure can't beat the weather they have there :)
