Well, that depends on how you heat it.  Are you going to use air-source heat pumps running on electricity, will those heat pumps be working with a furnace or with ductless units in the home, will you be heating instead with natural gas or propane, how tight are the ducts, are the ducts in conditioned spaces or not, etc?
