We today received the news that 1491 Neptune received its GreenPointRATED certification from "Build It Green". This makes the home the first in San Diego to receive both LEED for Homes certification as well as GreenPointRATED certification. Many thanks go to Property Pros, and in particular Marianna Sparks and Carol Roberts, who were our "Certified GreenPoint Raters" and who donated much time and effort towards the project's efforts go get the certification.
