We finished our second pour on the concrete steps on Sunday (thanks to the crew at Tudor Construction and our finisher Kerry) and they look fantastic. Jeff of Wet Paint applied the sealer today to our Ipe porches (made with Ipe certified by the Forestry Stewardship Council.) It's all coming along nicely in the front. Tomorrow we have plants delivered, and our "Coyote Gold" decomposed granite comes on Thursday. By week's end there will be quite a transformation to the exterior.
